The Reading Clinic is part of the Bay Area’s educational community, committed to helping students achieve their potential for learning through strengthening reading, spelling, writing, language comprehension, and math skills. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy working with children and adults.

Positions are available at our Saratoga, Palo Alto, Fremont, Los Altos, and San Mateo centers. We have full-time positions available during the summer and part-time positions during the school year. Summer employees will be required to attend full-time training in early June.

Clinic Manager in Training

The Reading Clinic is looking for individuals who are seeking rewarding work that makes a difference

in children’s lives. The position requires the Clinic Manager to be proficient in all The Reading Clinic

Programs and mange running the Clinic, which include:

• Perform all instructor duties
• Train, mentor, and manage instructors
• Create and implement lesson plans for any of the programs offered by TRC
• Ability to explain and educate parents about the learning process
• Administer assessments and recommend programs to address weakness found during assessment
• Educate parents on their child’s issues identified through the evaluation
• Maintain constant contact with parents & conduct parent updates
• Scheduling and billing
